  • The first visit in your household takes place with the company representative prior to the first cleaning.
  • We will discuss your needs and requirements and the method of cleaning. The first visit and consultation is FREE OF CHARGE.
  • If you don’t choose any of our basic regular cleaning packages, we can offer an individual plan for regular cleaning.
  • We will create a quotation for the individual plan and send you our offer tailored to your requirements.
  • We will contact you again after the first cleaning for a consultation. Your comments are very important both to us and to our housekeepers. Every customer has different priorities in their household.
  • The first cleaning is a trial one, provided according to the valid pricelist for a single cleaning session. You can decide if you would like to work with our housekeeper on taking care and pampering your home in the long term.
  • Any changes in the cleaning requirements are discussed with the company management, not with your housekeeper.
  • You will receive a schedule for your housekeeper upon the commencement of the cleaning services. The housekeeper will mark the tasks she had done after each cleaning. If you’d like, you can do your own easy check of the housekeeper’s work and quality.

Household Cleaning  
We have four packages for the regular cleaning of your household to suit your needs. If none of them is convenient for you, we are happy to prepare an individual package of services tailored to your needs. Choose from these options…

Office Cleaning  
We provide cleaning of any commercial spaces outside your business hours so that you can fully focus on your work and return to a clean office. We will dust, polish the mirrors, water the plants, vacuum, mop, clean the kitchenette, washbasins, WC and take the trash out. We approach each client individually. Call us or send us a message.

Cleaning After Reconstruction  
Have you reconstructed your house or just painted the walls? Is your house a mess, with dry paint and fine dust everywhere? Then we are here for you. We offer cleaning services after reconstruction. We will clean, vacuum, and wash everything. We will prepare a price offer according to your needs.

Cleaning Shared Areas 
We provide regular cleaning of the shared areas of residential buildings or blocks of flats for housing cooperatives and homeowners’ associations. We clean the cellars, the wash room, lifts or the attic in the scope and at intervals convenient for you. We will clean the windows, the entrance door and disinfect all the surfaces such as mailboxes, doorbells or railing.

Biocidal Ozone Disinfection

We use an ozone generator in combination with a special bag (a Czech patent, registered with the Ministry of Agriculture) for concentrated disinfection with antiviral and antibacterial effect.

Disinfection and Deodorization

  • Ozone disinfection means a 100% elimination of bacteria, viruses, mildew and allergens. It can also handle bedbugs or mites and fleas and it purifies air and eliminates undesirable odours, including mustiness, the smell of mildew or cigarette smoke. The ozone generator will get into all the gaps, corners and nooks in your house that regular disinfection cannot reach. It also destroys microorganisms that disinfection or chlorine cannot handle and adds oxygen to the space. There are no bacteria or viruses that ozone would not destroy. Ozone disinfection does not leave any residue and does not cause any medical issues that chemical disinfectants may cause.
  • You can also use ozone disinfection for your car and air-conditioning. Ozone gets everywhere in your car, into the car seats, into the air-conditioning and into all the nooks and it destroys everything that could cause odour, as well as viruses, bacteria and more, just like in your household.
  • Ozone disinfection helps people with allergies and is environmentally-friendly. Ozone is naturally present in nature and it is not harmful in reasonable doses. We recommend using ozone deodorization during the first general cleaning and then on a regular basis as needed.

  • Our housekeepers use Karcher steam cleaners for their cleaning services that have a high efficiency and also kill CORONAVIRUSES and BACTERIA. They can also handle heavy dirt. Steam cleaning offers a universal application, provides a clean household without the need for chemical products. The steam cleaner kills 99.99% of all enveloped viruses and bacteria common in households that you can find on hard surfaces and provides maximum hygiene and a healthy living environment. The steam cleaner is especially great for cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and WC.
